We’d seen the underground version, products with no information, no transparency, no one to ask. We’d also seen the over-clinical version: cold, detached, transactional. Neither felt right. Neither honored the fact that people coming to alternative medicine are, almost always, looking for something meaningful. Relief. Clarity. Connection to themselves.

We believed something different was possible.

The Gap We Saw

The alternative medicine space is growing fast. Research is accelerating. Laws are changing. More people every year are turning to plant medicine, functional mushrooms, and other natural compounds, not as a last resort, but as a first choice.

But access to good information hasn’t kept up. Too many people are making decisions without knowing what they’re taking, how much is appropriate, or what to expect. Too many are having bad experiences that could have been avoided with basic guidance.

We built ALT MEDS to be the place that bridges that gap. A source you can actually trust.
